Pe mine m-ar interesa daca cineva a studiat pe bune problema asta. Pentru ca eu una locuiesc de 4 ani langa Parcul Circului si de cand a inceput constructia la cladirea in cauza nu am observat o scadere a nivelului lacului in afara de cea normala, dependenta de trecerea anotimpurilor.
Plus ca plantele care cresc pe lac nu sunt nuferi, ci lotusi egipteni.
Deci, s-a interesat cineva daca problema aceasta exista cu adevarat? Eu nu zic ca nu e, dar daca ne zbatem si ne implicam sa fie pentru o cauza definita.
